After penning three popular Neatest Little Guides that deliver helpful information on investing and personal finance in user-friendly terms, Jason Kelly has moved away from personal money management with The Neatest Little Guide to Making Money Online. But, as he explains from the outset, in reality this is merely an offshoot of his previous books, because it focuses on “a new way to make additional money so that you actually have something left to manage after the bills have been paid.” Those who have a worthwhile product to sell or service to provide–and who fully understand that no advice, no matter how clear and insightful, can ever guarantee success on the Net–will find it as comprehensive and useful as Kelly’s earlier efforts. Under the “Getting Online Can Boost Your Bottom Line” mantra, it addresses every step, from the preliminary (buying the right computer, selecting the proper Web-hosting company, building and tracking your site) to the advanced (getting listed with top search engines, encouraging visitors to make your site their home page, using autoresponders to close sales), involved in making “your site the best it can be.” –Howard Rothman

Juan Carlos Vargas says:
Jason Kelly has done a great job. The book reads very well and is very informative. I consider myself an online business junkie, and am constantly craving the real deal info. This book gives it to you straight! One of my alltime favorite books on the internet.

BountyHunter says:
This book has some very good information but like others have said, some of the information is kind of outdated. I would not buy this book in the present time.
Books such as “Internet Riches” by Scott Fox would be better suited for now. There are also books specifically written for online affiliate marketing that are worth buying.

I read this book and it appears to be written very well except I didn’t realize it was copyrighted in 2000 and I believe much of the information is obsolete.

Steve Nakamoto "The Friendly Voice of the Other Half" says:
Jason Kelly has written a few best-selling books in the area of investing and also has a newsletter on high-tech investing. But I really enjoyed this timely little book because of the launching on my own web site earlier in the year. I used several of his ideas which has made my site more attractive. What I’d be most interested in is an updated version of this book next year or so. With the e-commerce business changing almost monthly, you’ve got to stay on top of what going on. The primary value of this book is the general overview of how to make your own web site more profitable. This is a simple and straight-forward book for anyone new to the e-commerce business.
